Sunday Sessions
The bridge between the physical and the divine, a journey through the chakras
A community of light for the winter months
In the darkest days of winter, Sunday Sessions is something to look forward to: a community of light where everyone is welcome, and a space to dive into personal transformation, introspection and self-nurturing through the long winter months.
Each session begins by warming up at the stunning Kiln sauna and cold plunge centre, directly overlooking Porthmeor Beach. Together we'll then practise both Yang (active, dynamic) and Yin (passive, soft, restorative) styles of yoga asana, alongside chakra meditations, Kundalini breathwork and kriyas to work with the subtle energy centres, and an introduction to the elements through Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga, to find balance and harmony in daily life.
Whether it's your first time on the mat or you're a seasoned yogi, we hold space and offer options for every level of experience and physical ability.
Expect a warm, inclusive, social, fun and safe space across all seven sessions.
